There's a hot new look on the red carpet lately, and it's right in your underwear drawer: the black thong. Rita Ora arrived at tonight's Billboard Music Awards in an ensemble featuring a sheer skirt with her lingerie in plain sight.
She called it a tribute to Cher, who is performing tonight and has made the sheer look a go-to of hers.
